CTS-2009 TOFD Multi-channel Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

Model CTS-2009 is a multi-channel ultrasonic TOFD-specialized detector in accordance with national GB/T 4730, GB/T 23902 and European EN12668-1:2010 standards.

Model CTS-2009 is a multi-channel ultrasonic TOFD-specialized detector in accordance with national GB/T 4730, GB/T 23902 and European EN12668-1:2010 standards. Apart from capability to cover of 200mm-thick welds in one-time scan, it could visualize the flaws with SAFT. Industrial-level TFT screen with display of full WVGA display (800×600) makes it possible to work outdoors and in intense sunlight. Square wave drive technique enables it to be applied on high-attenuating materials.

  • “3+4+1” Multi-channel Design; 3 TOFD channels can cover 200mm-thick welding seams in lieu of the traditional RT; 4 PE channel can cover surface deadzone and bottom deadzone of the seams; 3 TOFD channels and 4 PE channels all initiates from one cable. 1 spare channel is for single-channel TOFD scan and PE scan review.
  • Square Wave Drive, Hi-Fi & low noise preamplification, fine flaw recognition.
  • Unique tech of noise-withholding from one channel to another, solution to the crosstalk problem of domestic multi-channel instruments.
  • Compatible with EN12668-1.
