Model CTS-2009 is a multi-channel ultrasonic TOFD-specialized detector in accordance with national GB/T 4730, GB/T 23902 and European EN12668-1:2010 standards. Apart from capability to cover of 200mm-thick welds in one-time scan, it could visualize the flaws with SAFT. Industrial-level TFT screen with display of full WVGA display (800×600) makes it possible to work outdoors and in intense sunlight. Square wave drive technique enables it to be applied on high-attenuating materials.

  • “3+4+1” Multi-channel Design; 3 TOFD channels can cover 200mm-thick welding seams in lieu of the traditional RT; 4 PE channel can cover surface deadzone and bottom deadzone of the seams; 3 TOFD channels and 4 PE channels all initiates from one cable. 1 spare channel is for single-channel TOFD scan and PE scan review.
  • Square Wave Drive, Hi-Fi & low noise preamplification, fine flaw recognition.
  • Unique tech of noise-withholding from one channel to another, solution to the crosstalk problem of domestic multi-channel instruments.
  • Compatible with EN12668-1.
  • 11 inch Ind-level TFT Display (800×600), all-touch panel, effort-saving.
  • 400MHz A/D Sampling Frequency, high sampling level.
  • One-time TOFD scan length up to 40m.
  • Multiple scan modes like A-scan, B-scan, and TOFD scan, etc.
  • Varied data interfaces like double-USB, LAN network interface, and HDMI.
  • Various kinds of scanners available as well as customized scanners.SCQtofd-3 is the configured scan.
  • Avi-level cable, low signal loss, and flexible.
  • loaded with all kinds of calibration modes: depth calibration according to direct-through wave and bottom echo wave; zeroing calibration according to direct-through wave; thick scale line calibration according to bottom echo wave; calibrations fit to various conditions.
  • Integrated with multiple image-processing modes: SAFT, flatten-up, difference, contrast, zoom.
  • Integrated with multiple flaw-marking modes: rectangle, length, height, arbitrary.
  • Scanned Images can be copied to paste board, and transferred to the reports. The scanned images can be saved as pic with BMP/JEPG/TIFF/PNG/GIF optional. Parameters and flaw information are easy to viewed. Report Models are pre-set, or customized.
  • Preset process parameter Cal-tools for camber scan and plate scan, for user's reference on process design.
  • Off-line analyzing software fit for both CTS-1008plus and CTS-2009.
  • Storage up to 16G (outsourced to MAX 32G), Data-length up to 5000mm (hightest precision); all-day long data recording.
  • Portable design, weighing 3.0Kg (with battery).
  • Large-capacity Li Battery, 6-hour life without interruption, two packs can make one-day supply.
