CTS-9002+ Digital Ultrasonic Flaw Detector

As stable in performance, light and portable in carriage, easy in operation, it is a device of high quality never too costly to possess. It is in accordance with EN12668-1:2010 standard and with TGS ROOO4-2009 requirement.

 

CTS-9002+, with the EL screen (320×240) widely tolerant to temperature variants, can work normally under northern cold. Great capacity Li battery is attached to supply power that could sustain 6-8 hour' non-stop working. The device itself weighs only 1.5kg. Multi-angledly adjustable handle makes it possible to be used in field work. Square wave drive with adjustable voltage and pulse width, two shifts of damping, realizes perfect match between the device and the transducer employed, which promotes the detection sensitivity and resolving power.This product is developed to be an ideal detector to serve in petrochemistry, pressure vessel, electric power, railway transportation for mobile or airborne field work.

  • Sophisticated circuitry with sampling frequency of 640MHz makes it possible to reflect and analyze the echo signals of the flaw rapidly and accurately to detail, which guarantees the real-timeness and actuality of the echo signals.
  • Advanced square drive technique renders it wonderfully penetratable and signal-effective in high-attenuating materials or thick industrial works. Adjustable drive pulse width, drive voltage and damping collectively contribute to its high resolving power while detecting on thin works and composite materials.
  • FIR digital filtering technique realizes its great signal-effectiveness; Frequency spectrum analysis function differentiatablizes transducers.
  • The EL screen(320X240),which is widely tolerant to temperature variants and highly refleshable in display, enables the CTS-9002+ to work in severe cold.
  • Long consecutive record and storage In accordance with EN12668-1:2000 and Item TSG R0004-2009 of New Pressure Vessel Stipulation.
